OVERVIEW
BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is a health insurance provider. I'm currently working in the Digital Experience team.

My Contributions
As a UX designer on the Digital Experience team. My team is responsible for delivering products and experiences for internal and external applications. My current work focuses on improving the usability and accessbiilty of My Health Toolkit and Employer Health Toolkit, which are platforms where policyholders can manage benefits and get all the source of information about their specific insurance plan.
Working on several projects to evolve My Health Toolkit with new features, enhancing usability and accessibility so that members can easily access health insurance plans and improve their well-being.
Collaborating with a UX researcher to plan and execute user interviews and usability tests such as creating clickable prototypes.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align design strategies with business objectives.
Developed a vision prototype in collaboration with leadership, reflecting upcoming features.
